The child maintenance figures produced by our calculator are based on published Child Maintenance Service rates and are provided as estimates only. Always verify figures with the Child Maintenance Service or a qualified adviser before relying on them.

By entering your email address to access a free tool download, you consent to receiving an email delivering that download. You may also be added to our email list — you can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Purchases and digital products

All purchases are processed by Payhip. By making a purchase you also agree to Payhip's terms of service.

Digital products are delivered as PDF files via email link after payment is confirmed. You will receive access to download your purchase immediately upon successful payment.

Licence: When you purchase a digital product from us, you are purchasing a personal, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own personal purposes only. You may not:

• Sell, resell, share or distribute the product to any third party
• Use the product for commercial purposes — for example, to provide advice or services to others
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or disclaimers contained within the product
• Pass the product off as your own work

CCSM Digital Ltd retains all intellectual property rights in all products sold through this website.

6. Pricing and VAT

All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate. We are a VAT-registered business. VAT receipts are available on request.

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

7. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital product purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the purchase date at hello@thiswasntheplan.co.uk and we will issue a full refund.

You do not need to give a reason for requesting a refund within the 30-day window. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

This refund policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Consumer rights

As a consumer purchasing digital content, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product does not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the digital content will be delivered immediately and that you consent to delivery beginning before the end of the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You retain your right to a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee regardless of this.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCSM Digital Ltd's liability to you in connection with any product or service provided through this website is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the website or any product purchased from it, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business or any legal costs you incur.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
